Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after your order is placed.
We ship all orders through Canada Post. Below are the shipping options we off at checkout:
Canada : $15.00 flat rate
United States of America : $18.00 flat rate
International customers are responsible for customs expenses.
All orders above $150.00 after tax will qualify for free shipping.

We send all packages with a tracking number. Please be aware, when there is a high volume of online orders due to Black Friday sales, or holiday shipping process (including inputting tracking numbers) may be delayed. We will do our best to keep you updated, but if you are curious about your order, please email us!
Once the package is with Canada Post, we are not responsible for any shipping or custom delays.
Package Says Delivered But I Can’t Find It?
For missing packages please contact your local post office with your tracking number. Hot Peppers Clothing Co. is not responsible for any lost merchandise. We advise you to reach out to our customer service team; they will do everything possible to assist with the recovery of your package!
My Package Was Stolen, What Should I Do?
We recommend contacting your local authorities immediately. Hot Peppers Clothing Co. is NOT responsible for stolen packages.
